Monster Party
Set against the backdrop of McCarthyism and the Lavender Scare, MONSTER PARTY transports guests to a lively cocktail soirée, hosted by an enigmatic woman known only as The Baroness. Also in attendance? Several party guests who have no idea who they are, or how they arrived at this particular gathering.
The more audiences engage with party guests, the Baroness’ peculiar house staff, and the hostess herself, the more unhinged things become. As a twisted narrative unfolds, the absurd replaces the logical, and the once-convivial party will have them questioning their sanity (and, possibly, their moral compass) as they discover lurid secrets behind the Baroness’ surreal soirée.
MONSTER PARTY is a fable about how the systems we exist within – Western Christianity, capitalism, patriarchy – turn us into monsters, terrorizing one another while those in power benefit. All of the complexities of this thesis are communicated through a campy, darkly comedic interactive theatre experience.
MONSTER PARTY premiered April 2026 in Los Angeles for a limited eight-show run (selling out several performances) to critical and audience acclaim. Now, the real fun begins, as I plot to take it on tour in 2027! Stay tuned, y’all…

“Lurid, humorous, and sexy... a scathing critique of how political systems can drive one mad.”
