A Ritual, Complete

When two petty thieves attempt to rob a Craigslist psychic, they get more than they bargained for in this suspenseful, hair-raising horror short.

A Ritual, Complete was my very first short film. It was shot over the course of two days, on a shoestring budget with a skeleton crew. I wrote and directed the short, which was inspired by the idea of "the horrors behind closed doors,” and what your neighbors might be up to when no one’s watching. The result was a wicked little romp steeped in melodrama, camp, and the occult.

The film was selected to play at the 2016 HollyShorts Screening Series for their October edition.
